Returns & Exchanges

At Gusti Leather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade leather companion. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and indicate your reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Gusti Leather product in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
