What types of leather do you use for your products?
We primarily use high-quality goatskin, cowhide, and buffalo hide. Our 'Gusti Leather nature' line features vegetable-tanned leather tanned with traditional methods, while our 'Gusti Leather studio' line offers extra stability using chemical tanning.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To keep your leather supple, we recommend using a leather care balm or beeswax-based conditioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and direct heat, and gently wipe away dirt with a damp cloth.
Why does my new leather bag have a distinct smell?
A natural leather scent is a sign of authenticity. For our vegetable-tanned products, this smell will fade within a few weeks of regular use. Airing the bag out in a well-ventilated area can speed up this process.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 7-14 days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return my item if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or engraved items are excluded from standard returns.
